Since 2000, I've been providing interim Finance Director support for SMEs and blue chips across the North West.

MY PHILOSOPHY / MY VALUES

My experience of managing and supporting businesses has provided me with what I believe is a straightforward assessment of the key elements which require examination, for businesses experiencing challenges. 

In my view there can only be 3 fundamental business-orientated issues affecting any organisation.

When no clear methodology is being followed by the business and its employees, flows of information are inefficient and result in low levels of productivity.
